Week Four

Week Four looks at how being Present and Mindful can help in reaching a variety of goals, and is applicable in all facets of life. This session sheds light on how goal-setting and other future-based planning fits in with the idea of Presence. In Week Four, we discuss how we will take the student's practice forward, building on the concepts we have learned thus far.
