Phase Two

Phase Two explores more deeply the themes that were developed in Phase One. The key principles of Mindfulness are applied  to the exploration of meditation, visualization and the controlling of the inner state. In this phase, we explore the meaning and theory behind many of the techniques introduced in Phase One and look to expand the conception of what is possible for the mind.

Each phase comes with a course reader that will help the student engage with the material and provide extra reading. Below you will find outlines of each session.
