Phase One

Phase One is essentially a four week long look into the world of possibilities that can be unlocked with control of the mind. Providing an introduction to the basic themes of mindfulness, Phase One equips the student with a theoretical understanding of the concept of Presence, along with its potential benefits. Several meditative and focusing techniques are taught in the first two weeks of Phase One, with a specific focus on attention and concentration. The final two weeks deal with using Presence to change the perspective through which we view life, increasing positivity and productivity.

Each phase comes with a course reader that will help the student engage with the material and provide extra reading. Below you will find outlines of each session.
