Week Two

Week Two is based on deepening the understanding of the Presence. A more detailed discussion about what it means to be Present and Mindful is followed by exercises that serve to illustrate this state of mind. These exercises are easily adaptable once their purpose is understood, and will ultimately form part of the mindset of the mindful student. This practice is important, as a good sense of Presence is required for the success of Weeks Three and Four, as well as forming the basis of the constant 'practice' which is presence itself.
